Flux cleaner
A flux cleaner for reflow parts and carrier pallets. Use it for spray cleaning or tank cleaning after dilution.
How to use
Spray cleaning
Dilution
Mix chemical and water at 1:2, or about 33%.
Use
For reflow parts inside the machine that cannot be removed.
Steps
Spray and wait about 8–10 minutes. No residue is left in the machine.
Tank-based cleaning
Dilution
Mix chemical and water at 1:3, or about 25%.
Use
For reflow parts that can be removed and cleaned in a tank.
Steps
Soak and wait about 15–30 minutes. Use about 45–50°C.
