Peripheral equipment

Peripheral equipment sits beside the cleaner and keeps yield and air in the placement area under control. SMT nozzles are matched by maker: Panasonic, Yamaha, Fuji, Sony, and JUKI. An FFU fan filter unit holds cleanliness over the line. Cleaning rolls are for underside wiping on the printer. Solder-tip cleaners and ESD magazine racks cover hand soldering and board handling. We look at the flow of work and propose the layout with the equipment.
