How a Paint Shop in Thailand Cut Its Jig-Cleaning Chemical Cost by 70%
600 paint-ring carrier jigs were cleaned weekly with a dichloromethane-based cleaner. Switching to KAKEN TECH STRIAL UM-25U removed the coating in a 10-minute soak and brought monthly chemical spend down from about THB 309,000 to about THB 92,000.

Removing Baked-On Flux from Reflow Oven Parts in a 10-Minute Soak (SMT Plant in Thailand)
Flux and grease baked onto reflow oven rails, fingers and plates. Flux cleaner PCS-1015U diluted 1:2 with water at 60 °C lifted the residue in a 10-minute soak. Test results and a rule of thumb for bath replacement.
