On an SMT line in Thailand, a standard mounter nozzle can miss an odd-form part. The nozzle is designed and made to the shape of that part.

A nozzle we have made is kept by drawing and model number, so the same shape can be ordered again. A worn or broken nozzle can be supplied in that same shape.

How to read the examples

A gripper holds the part between jaws. A vacuum nozzle lifts the part at the tip. Each example is one of the two.

The tip follows the part. Rubber Type is a rubber tip, PAD Type is a pad, 2HOLE is two openings, and 4point supports the part at four points. The nozzle line of each example keeps that wording.
