The law we follow

FIDEA Corporation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“we”) receives personal data from customers and business partners when we propose and sell cleaning machines, chemistries, and mounter nozzles. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other laws that apply.

How we handle it

We limit who inside the company may use personal data, and we tell those people the rule.

We name the purpose before we use the data. We do not use it for a different purpose without consent.

We limit access so the data is not lost, leaked, or altered.

We do not give personal data to another party, and we do not sell it, except with consent, where the law requires it, or to a contractor working within the purpose.

A contractor receives only what the purpose needs, and we require them to keep it.

Purposes

We use personal data for the following purposes.

People who contact us	To reply, to propose a machine or chemistry, and to follow up
Business partners	Quotes, delivery, maintenance, consumable stock, and the messages those need
People who view the site	To show the pages, and to play the opening once during the same visit

How an inquiry reaches us

The form on this site opens a message in your mail app to Sales@fidea.co.th and kitawaki@fidea.co.th. The site does not store the inquiry on our server. What we receive by email is used to reply and to propose a solution.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as the purpose needs, then we delete it.

Your choice

You do not have to send personal data. If something we need is missing, we may not be able to reply or quote.

Consent and withdrawal

Sending personal data by email or the form means you agree to this policy. You can withdraw that agreement by contacting us below. Withdrawal does not undo use that already happened.

Access, correction, and stopping use

You can ask us to tell you the purpose, to show, correct, add, or delete your data, or to stop using it. We may ask you to confirm who you are.

Access logs and the browser

To show the site and to find faults, an IP address, browser type, and time of access may remain in connection logs. We do not use those logs to identify a person.

To improve the site, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure page views and similar usage. Details are in the cookie policy.

So the opening plays once in the same tab, the browser keeps a note in session storage. We do not send that note to our server. It disappears when the tab closes.

Changes

We may revise this policy when the law or our handling changes.
