A catalog photo does not choose the machine or the chemistry. We take the parts, run a free cleaning test, and then propose.
1. Send the part and the soil, or the FIDEA team visits
Tell us whether it is a stencil, nozzle, board, or fixture, which solder or flux it is, and what you clean with now. Photos are enough to start.
2. We run a free cleaning test
We change the machine and the chemistry and look at how the soil lifts and how the material responds. The result comes back in Japanese or Thai.
3. We propose the conditions for your floor
We propose the cleaning machine and the chemistry.
TEST
Removal time changes with the paint and how hard the film is. We take one or two jigs, run a free coating removal test, and send them back.
1. Send the part and the soil, or the FIDEA team visits
Add the paint name, whether the film is cured, and the material (steel, stainless, aluminum). The free coating removal test starts with those two pieces.
2. We remove the coating in a bath and return them
We remove the coating with STRIAL and return the jigs with notes on the surface and how the film lifted. There is no incineration.
3. We propose the conditions for your floor
We propose the grade and the working temperature.
