Ordinary cleaning uses only purified water, which helps cut pickup misses.
Cleaning section
Purified water carrying ultrasonic energy flows into each nozzle by vacuum, so even fine nozzle interiors are cleaned evenly.
Batch cleaning
The mounter’s nozzle fixture can go in as a set. Two sets of 40, up to 80 nozzles at once (Yamaha YSM40).
Each maker
YAMAHA, Panasonic, Fuji, ASM, JUKI, and others. Standard nozzles with an opening of φ1 mm or smaller. Other nozzles can be discussed.
