LIFT MAT
A tack mat that removes 90% or more of the hair and dust on forklift, truck, and AGV tires across three tire turns. Wiping with water or the dedicated cleaner restores the tack.

When it helps
- Hair and dust still get in, even with a contamination program.
- Daily floor cleaning cannot keep up with tire marks.
- Wiping a tire is hard, and a peel-off mat can wrap into the wheel.
Removes 90% or more
The urethane gel follows the tire tread and picks up dirt too fine to see. Three tire turns on the mat remove 90% or more. A peel-off mat is about 60%.
Wipe it and use it again
When the tack falls, wipe the surface with the dedicated cleaner or with water. The dirt comes off and the tack returns. If traffic is heavy, clean more often or lay a larger area.
Stands about 4 t
High-strength polyurethane resists tearing and is less likely to wrap into a tire under a heavy vehicle. Flame resistance is equivalent to UL94 V-2.
It can cover a whole floor
It can cover a whole floor, which peel-off mats struggle to do. In an air shower it catches hair and dust that the air blows up, so they do not scatter again.
A rough-floor type
The rough-floor polyurethane grips an uneven floor, so no double-sided tape is needed. Set it straight on the floor.

Where it is used
It can cover an indoor aisle for heavy vehicles, including an air shower floor. Typical places are a changing room, a heavy-vehicle aisle, the entrance to a clean area, and an air shower.

How to use
1. Clean the floor.
2. Peel the film on the side marked for the floor and mist it. Leave the other film on.
3. Lay the wet side down. Press out water and air without peeling the top film, then wipe it dry.
4. Peel the top film and set aluminum slopes at both ends. Let it dry overnight, 10–12 hours, without being stepped on.
It is not for outdoors or a doorway straight in from outside. It is slippery while wet. Do not cross it with wet or oily shoes or tires. Do not turn, stop, or start suddenly on the mat. It will not sit on rough concrete. A coated or resin floor is suitable. Avoid soft PVC and floors rich in plasticizer.
Tire size and mat length
One tire turn removes about 60%. Three turns remove 90% or more. Choose a length that lets the indoor vehicle's tire turn three times.

Wet the mat with water or the dedicated cleaner, gather the dirt with a damp cloth or mop, and wipe the water off. If traffic is heavy, clean more often or lay a larger area.

Daily cleaning could not keep up with tire marks. The marks stay on the mat, so the floor takes less work.

Thickness is 3.0 mm. The standard walking face is green and the floor face is blue-green. The rough-floor type has an amber floor face that grips an uneven floor, so no double-sided tape is needed. Cutting and custom sizes are available, up to 5000 × 1200 mm.

- About once every one or two years, depending on traffic and the place.
- Can it be used where the floor is wet?
- Water or oil weakens the tack. Use it in a dry place.
