Water-based flux cleaner for pallets and flux traps
ATRON® SP 200 is a semi-aqueous alkaline surfactant cleaner developed to remove baked-on flux from pallets and flux traps. It can also remove solder paste from metal stencils. Spray, ultrasonic, and air-bubbling systems are suitable.

Simple to handle
It is straightforward to use. It also suits conveyor-finger cleaning, and it can be wiped on by hand for heavily baked flux inside a reflow oven and similar cases.
Good material compatibility
It is compatible with aluminum and epoxy surfaces.

Bath life is about 3 to 10 times longer than conventional surfactant cleaners. Fewer changes mean less spent liquid to dispose of, so running cost drops. Many users have already confirmed this.
No defoamer, no organic buildup
A defoamer is usually unnecessary. Organic residue also does not build up in the rinse.
