Washable & Reusable Urethane Gel for Removing Finger Dirt and Sebum

Tip Remover is a urethane gel designed to remove dirt and sebum from the fingertips of gloves.

Simply squeeze it to clean your fingertips — when it gets dirty, just rinse with water and reuse.

Perfect for those who have the following concerns:
• Currently using a roller to clean glove tips but want an easier solution
• Want to remove fingertip dust during work without interrupting the workflow

using the Tip Remover.


Results are based on in-house testing and may vary depending on the environment.


Reusable

When adhesion weakens due to dirt, gently rub the Tip Remover under running water to clean it.
Once dry, its tackiness is restored, allowing long-term use at very low running cost.

Continuous Use and Dust Re-transfer Test

Procedure:

1. Attach dust to a rubber glove.

2. Grip the Tip Remover to remove the dust.

3. Reapply dust to the glove.

4. Repeat steps 1–3 to evaluate continuous use and re-transfer.

Using hand washing with soap (cleanliness level 1490) as the baseline:

• The Tip Remover showed no dust re-transfer even after 100 consecutive

uses and made the gloves cleaner than the baseline.

• The Tip Remover (Semi-Conductive Type) showed no re-transfer even after 120 consecutive uses and achieved even greater cleanliness.


Cleanliness After Washing

Procedure: Compare cleanliness before use and after washing and drying the Tip Remover.


Results are based on in-house testing.


Result: Cleanliness levels before and after washing were almost identical, confirming that washing restores its original cleanliness.


No Silicone or Plasticizers



The product is free from silicone and plasticizers, eliminating concerns of material transfer.
Since no adhesive is used, there’s also no risk of glue residue.



Adheres by Gel Tackiness
The Tip Remover can be placed on various surfaces (tabletops, walls, ceilings, etc.) using the natural tackiness of the urethane gel — no adhesive required.

How to Clean

Rinse gently under running water while rubbing with your palm to remove dirt.

Once dry, adhesion is restored.

For longer, more hygienic use, you may also clean it with a disinfecting wipe or cleaner.
