An Effective Solution for Footborne Contamination: STEPMAT

STEPMAT is an adhesive mat that removes over 90% of hair and dust stuck to shoe soles.

It can be reused with water wiping, contributing to lower running costs and reduced waste.

Unlike peel-off type mats that often leave about 40% of dirt on shoe soles, STEPMAT removes more than 90% of contaminants.

Ideal for dust and hair removal, STEPMAT is the optimal adhesive mat for contamination control.

Test Results: Shoe Sole Contaminant Removal Rate

• Test Method: ATP (+AMP) swab test

• Equipment Used: Kikkoman Biochemifa Lumitester

• Procedure: After walking indoors for 1 minute, contaminants on the sole were measured. Then, the subject walked 3 steps on each mat and the contaminants were remeasured.
